Who can make a referral?

What does Eagle Lake Recovery treat?

Eagle Lake is a men's residential treatment center specializing in drug and alcohol addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma, pornography and sexual compulsion, and family conflict.

Does Eagle Lake Recovery accept insurance?

Eagle Lake Recovery Center is currently a private-pay facility. Our admissions team can discuss payment options and work with families to identify financial resources.

What programs are available?

We offer Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), a Life Skills Program, and a Family Program. Our clinical team will recommend the appropriate level of care based on the individual's needs.

How quickly can someone be admitted?

We can facilitate intake within 24-48 hours of a completed referral and clinical screening. Urgent situations are prioritized.

Is the referral form HIPAA compliant?

Yes. All information submitted through our referral form is transmitted via encrypted connection and stored in a HIPAA-compliant environment provided by HIPAAtizer. No protected health information is collected or stored on our website server.
